Exchange Policy

All sales are final - NO REFUNDS will be
given. Exchanges may be made for a similar
product of equal or lesser value from the
"Crafty Girl" you purchased it from. Due to
the unique nature of the our products, we
will do our best - but cannot guarantee the
exact product to exchange (for example:
jacket style may be different). All exchanges
must be exchanged for products in current
stock. Any exchanges made for item not in
stock will be considered a "special order"
incur an additional fee of $5. Please contact
us for infomration on current stock available.
Shipping and Handling not included.

Products must be exchanged
within 60 days of purchase.
